The service
PickPackPic provides a platform for discovering independent local guides and travel companies, submitting booking requests, exchanging messages and publishing approved travel content. The legal operator details appear below. This template must be completed and reviewed for the operator's actual business before taking live payments.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and use only an account you are authorized to control. Accounts are intended for adults able to enter the relevant agreements. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent a business or try to bypass another user's access controls.
Hosts and their experiences
Guides and companies are responsible for the accuracy, legality, suitability and delivery of their own services, including required permissions, qualifications, insurance, safety arrangements and taxes. The platform's profile and content reviews do not replace the host's responsibilities or independent checks by a traveler.
Requests, confirmation and payment
A booking request is not acceptance by a host. A provider must accept the request. When a platform service fee applies, acceptance reserves capacity for up to 12 hours, ending sooner if the departure occurs; the booking becomes Confirmed after verified fee payment. Without a service fee, host acceptance confirms it. A request or expired unpaid acceptance does not entitle a traveler to attend.
The full tour price is payable directly to the host under the separately agreed arrangement. PickPackPic does not collect, escrow or automatically distribute the full tour price in this version. Platform checkout is used only for its subscriptions, optional Sponsored tour placements and any stated platform service fee. Obtain a receipt for any payment to the provider.
Host listing terms are disclosed during guide or travel-company registration and in the private host dashboard. Every host profile and tour requires approval before publication. Booking records remain available when a listing plan ends. Prices for excursions are set separately by each host.

Promotion and partners
Optional paid tour visibility is labeled Sponsored. The price and duration are displayed before purchase. No particular ranking, traffic level or number of bookings is promised. External partner services have their own terms and privacy practices. Some links may generate a referral payment for the platform.
Content and conduct
Publish only content you own or have permission to use. You permit the operator to host and display submitted content for the intended platform purpose. Do not publish unlawful material, discriminatory harassment, fabricated reviews, malware, stolen media, misleading claims or private information about others. Reviews require a completed platform booking and may be moderated for policy violations, not merely for being critical.
Cancellations and disputes
Read the tour-specific notice period and the cancellation policy before requesting a booking. Refunds of money paid directly to a provider must be arranged with that provider. Platform-fee and promotional-payment concerns can be raised through support. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected; this template does not attempt to remove them.
Availability and account restrictions
The operator may review, reject, suspend or archive content or accounts for safety, accuracy, security or policy reasons. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. Keep an independent copy of essential travel arrangements and emergency contact details.
Operator-specific legal details
Before launch, the operator must complete its contracting identity, address, applicable governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions, statutory cancellation rights and any jurisdiction-specific requirements.
